Refund & Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Return only applies on wrong or defective product and the product should be unused and in original packing. The customer should have to request the refund within 7 days else the return will not be accepted.
Refun Process
Refund is processed after the return item is approved and it takes 5-7 working days to process the refund.
Non- Returnable Items
We dont accpect return of items that are purchased in sale or the items which are discontinued. Moreover the damage items are also non returnable.
Exchange Policy
Exchnage is only possible if the product is in our stock. The customer should have to request for exchange within 7 days.
Return Shipping
The shipping charges of the return will be paid by cutomer but if it is our mistake then we will pay the shipping charnges. The customer has to send the parcel in safe packing.
Product Registration on Our Website
It is customer duty to register the warranty of the product on our website at the time of purchase only in that condition we will accept the return.
