Delivery Time
The orders are normally delivered in 2-5 working days. But in remote areas it may take more time. Public holidays and courier issues can also affect the delivery time.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight and location of the customers but some times on special offers you can get free shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after 24 hours of the confirmation from the customer. If customer has provided the incomplete details then the process can be delayed. The customer has to provide right address for fast order processing.
Cash On Delivery
We do have cash on delivery payment option available and it is requested to the customer that please keep exact amount of order with you when the percal has to arrive.

With every order you will get a tracking number which you can check by going to the courier website.

The customer has to check the parcel when it is received. If the parcel is damage then immediately inform us.
