VIZO offers a standard 6-month to 1-year warranty on eligible products, including:
- Bluetooth handsfree and neckbands
- Power banks
- Chargers with internal power modules

- Manufacturing defects
- Non-functional charging ports (within usage conditions)
- Faulty batteries in power banks
❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage or misuse
- Water or heat damage
- Wear and tear due to extended use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
📝 Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our support team at warranty@vizo.com.pk with your order number and issue details.
- Share photos/videos of the issue, if applicable.
- Our team will review and guide you through the exchange or repair process.

• Fill out the warranty claim form with proof of purchase.
• Our team will assess the claim and provide a resolution within 7-14 business days.
📦 Replacement Policy
If a warranty claim is approved, the customer is eligible for a replacement product of the same model. If the exact product is unavailable, a similar value product will be offered.

- Warranty applies only to purchases made through official VIZO channels (website, authorized sellers).
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
