🛡️ Warranty Coverage

VIZO offers a standard 6-month to 1-year warranty on eligible products, including:

  • Bluetooth handsfree and neckbands
  • Power banks
  • Chargers with internal power modules

✅ What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Non-functional charging ports (within usage conditions)
  • Faulty batteries in power banks

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage or misuse
  • Water or heat damage
  • Wear and tear due to extended use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

📝 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team at warranty@vizo.com.pk with your order number and issue details.
  2. Share photos/videos of the issue, if applicable.
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the exchange or repair process.
OR
    • Scan the QR code on your warranty card to verify your product.
    • Fill out the warranty claim form with proof of purchase.
    • Our team will assess the claim and provide a resolution within 7-14 business days.

📦 Replacement Policy

If a warranty claim is approved, the customer is eligible for a replacement product of the same model. If the exact product is unavailable, a similar value product will be offered.

  • Warranty applies only to purchases made through official VIZO channels (website, authorized sellers).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
